SECURITY STORAGE CONTAINER

FOR OUTDOOR USAGE "OPEN SPACE"

Container for storing hazardous substances and pollutants, highly resistant and flexible carbon steel load-bearing frame, with structural panels resting directly on the ground. Equipped with safety sump in bent and profiled carbon steel with reinforced structure to grant perfect watertightness. Sizes, tolerances, rims, chamfers, nominal weight and finishing grade according to UNI parameters.

- CARBON STEEL CONTAINER (FLAT ROOF):

Ribbed galvanised carbon steel panel with internal reinforcing.

CONTAINMENT SUMP: With hot-galvanized carbon steel grid with heavy duty mesh.

DOORS: double leaf doors version, made of the same sandwich panels of the walls.

VENTILATION: The containers have an internal natural ventilation system for 1/30 of the floor surface.

HANDLING: Structure handled by lower pallet, or, on request, by upper crane eyes.

ON REQUEST: Containers can be supplied with access ramps, perimeter shelving, fire extinguishers, lighting, climate control and forced ventilation systems.

- INSULATED CONTAINER:

40 mm heatproof compacted sandwich panel (steel - PU - steel) for excellent internal/external heat ratio, selfextinguishing (RAL colour 9002).

EXTERIOR COVERING: Pickling and degreasing by phosphating. High quality epoxy resin coating with rust passivation. Finished with medium-satin finished polyurethane pigments. Rims sealed with heat-resistant elastomeric polymers.

Mineral wool panel (100 mm) certified to REI/EI 120 according to the fire resistance classification of its construction elements. (Italian Ministerial Decree of 16/02/2007 implementing EEC Directive 89/106).
