EQUIPPED PNEUMATIC PANELS

Airwork, thanks to its twenty-year experience in pneumatic automation, has decided to offer its customers the opportunity to buy equipped pneumatic panels.

We manufacture electropneumatic panels and switchboards for the control of automation and process systems according to customer specifications, in compliance with current regulations in terms of safety and compliance.

We offer customized solutions with the aim of optimizing the functionality and spaces in the plant, studying and creating distribution and control panels, able to meet any need.

Our working method is developed step by step:

• Analysis and development of the logic required by the system

• Custom design

• Choice of necessary components (vannes, fittings, air preparation units, accessories, etc.)

• Production and assembly of the product

• Functional testing

• Documents and assistance

In addition to pneumatic switchboards or upon specific request, we create pneumatic diagrams with unified symbolism and exportable in various formats including CAD and PDF. In addition, we can customize the title block according to customer specifications.

Our pneumatic panels consist of plastic or metal lockable boxes including all electrical wiring and pneumatic connections to perfection, pneumatic components and control/measurement systems more suitable for the application.

The vannes that can be used in the realization of the equipped panels are many, such as the VH2 valve islands, the VA or VY electric actuated vannes in single installation or on sub-base, and the single VD series direct-actuated vannes, modular or on a fixed base.

For example, in the photos above you can see four 10-positions VY vannes islands, some with additional empty positions, wired in a perfect way both pneumatic and electric. Each valve is internally and externally identified for easy recognition during final installation.

The air treatment units are available both in techno-polymer (X series) and in metal (Y series), and it is possible to create batteries of components according to the needs of the plant, including strategic components such as shut-off vannes or progressive starters.

It is also possible to choose between the use of plastic fittings (techno-polymer, P series), nickel-plated brass fittings (automatic, standard, fit or compression) and AISI 316L stainless steel fittings (A100X series), as well as pneumatic tubes of different diameters and materials.
