Pneumatic conveying nozzle
In-line Venturi specialised in pneumatic transport
ALPHA AUTOMATISMES pneumatic conveying nozzles are used to convey objects, granules and powders.
Installation is simple and effective: simply attach the nozzle to a conveying line and supply it with compressed air through its side orifice.
The nozzle then generates a strong cyclone in the pipe, enabling it to be transported over long distances.
Different models are available depending on the internal passage diameter, which varies from 4 to 100 mm.
Conveying capacity is in the order of 0 to 10 kg/minute over distances of several metres.
There are no moving parts, so no maintenance, and the nozzle is easily controlled by a simple solenoid valve and pressure regulator. The air supply pressure can be adjusted to regulate power.
Made from aluminium as standard, they are also available in chrome-plated aluminium and 316L stainless steel.
