Anéolia’s second patent issued in Europe for gas and leak analysis combined in a single device
With a first European patent issued in 2018, Anéolia is strengthening its technology with a second patent issued in 2022, extending the natural territoriality of the patents originally filed in France in 2012.
Anéolia, already recognized by its customers for having provided them with benchmark instruments for packaging integrity monitoring in more than 60 countries, is now rewarded by the issuance of its European patents EP3385696, EP2936145 relating to gas analysis combined with the measure of leakage to the highest degree of innovation in the field.
Continuing its developments in standardized measurement processes on the basis of DIN 55508 or even ASTM standards, it deploys its solutions on the largest flexible packaging formats, sometimes weighing several tens of kg, in a time of the order of the minute.
In this same innovative dynamic, the equipment adapts to address the needs of non-destructive testing on unsealed packaging. On a technology rewarded in 2021 by an Oscar for packaging, the structures of complex trays on a cardboard base can thus benefit from a robust and sufficiently sensitive means to allow technical adjustments.
It is with a faithful and fair vision of instrumentation and an ethical vision of commercial development that Anéolia helps its customers to obtain competitive advantages (reduction of direct costs, extension of shelf life and product flavors, improvement of line capacities, etc.).
As a true partner, it deploys the necessary adaptations to secure and automate tests with minimal operator intervention, until the instrument with connected technology is put online.
In this spirit, as a market challenger, and as a leader in hermeticity control in packaging, Anéolia claims its patented innovations on the equipment of its Exos® and Oxylos® ranges, which are original and unique.
