Brush support in a beam saw

Protective brush support in a pressure beam saw

Situation:

During the production of cabinet back panels, plastic profiles are usually used as a supportive surface to protect the sensitive hardboards during the sawing process – with mixed results. When feeding them to the saw, the panels often suffer damage.

Solution:

In order to avoid waste and expensive rework in the production of cabinet back panels, Mink panel brushes will be used as a gentle support going forward. Thanks to the many flexible bristle tips of the brush panels, not only do they make for significantly easier handling during the sawing process, they also prevent scratches and other damages.

Your advantages:

- Brush support prevents scrap or expensive rework due to scratches

- Flexible and durable solution to protect your products

- Chips and other particles sink into the gaps between the bristle bundles

- Point-like support reduces friction compared to full-surface solution
