DIN-Rail Computer DX-3600 with 3G/HSDPA

For attachment to on-site control units and peripherals there are available two independent Ethernet interfaces, up to two CAN bus interfaces in the standard 2.0A and 2.0B , up to three RS232, and three RS422/RS485 interfaces, a OneWire as well as digital inputs and outputs and analog inputs. The wireless internet connectivity of DX-3600 is supported by an integrated 3G/HSDPA module. For cost-sensitive applications is also available a powerful 2G module.

Further, a microSD card slot and a 480 Mbit / s USB host and device interface are integrated. For highly accurate time informations or even the simple identification of the installation location, an integrated GPS system is optionally available.

The powerful 400 MHz ARM system offers 256 MB of internal flash memory and 128 MB DDR RAM enabling even demanding applications.

An additional NOR flash memory, as well as a hardware watchdog ensure maximum operational reliability. The 3G/HSDPA module can be resetted independently under control of the Linux system. The fanless DX-3600 system distinguishes itself by a very low power consumption.

The 3G/HSDPA module can be operated worldwide and has automatic fallback to GPRS in case of 3G network should not be available .

The flexible Linux system offers two different distributions which can be selected easily. The first variant supports a compact system that runs completely from the onboard flash. Included are a preinstalled web server, PHP , Python , Java, OpenVPN and other packages. The second Linux version is a Debian system with full access to the Debian package management system is available. The GCC toolchain, combined with the remote debugger GDB, supports a comfortable programming and debugging environment
