Banner’s new, compact serial IO-Link Masters are available in either two-port (R45C-2K-MQ) or four-port (R90C-4K-MQ) models.

Banner’s new, compact serial IO-Link Masters are available in either two-port (R45C-2K-MQ) or four-port (R90C-4K-MQ) models. They each serve as a gateway for connecting IO-Link devices to a Snap Signal IIoT system, or other control systems on the market. The IO-Link Masters transmit machine data, process parameters, and diagnostic information via Modbus RTU, which can connect directly to any Modbus RTU interface, including the Snap Signal DXMR90 Industrial Controller. This configuration makes it possible to send IO-Link data to cloud platforms and SCADA systems.
