New design on view when Binar Quick- Lift launches its new series of lift arms

Binar Quick-Lift is now presenting a completely new series of lift arms with a completely new design. Standardised arm lengths, high strength steel and new weight classes mean it will now be even easier to find the optimum ergonomic lifting solution.

The new products are being presented at the Motek trade fair in Stuttgart, Germany, 5-8 October.

The new Swedish made arm series is available in the weight classes for lifts up to 50 kg, 100 kg, 200 kg and 300 kg. In addition, the arm lengths are now available in 3, 4 and 5 metre modules.

– ”Our new product line is clearer and can be more easily adjusted to each customer’s specific needs. We know that arms suitable for 200 kilo are in extra demand on the market,” Johan Ahlström, CEO for Binar Quick-Lift, says.

One major new feature is that the newly designed arms are manufactured in ultra high strength steel instead of aluminium. This makes the lifting device lighter and more flexible at the same time as it becomes both stiffer and stronger. The result is minimised bending in the structure during heavy lifts.

– ”The increased stiffness of the material means that the signals from our patented handle, which captures the movements of the hand and transforms the impulses to the lift’s motor unit, are transferred with even greater precisions. This increases the precision further, in exactly the same way as the safety for the user,” Johan Ahlström says.360 degrees rotation radius, adjustable friction brakes and more developed technical solutions, together with improved and stronger materials, mean that the wear on the lifting device is reduced. In its turn, this results in a longer useful life.

Thanks to welding replacing gluing in the production phase, and that the steel structure makes it possible to use water based paints, the new series of Quick Lift arms is also a more sustainable design solution even for the environment.

– ”The series strengthens our position as a leading supplier of ergonomic lift solutions. By always starting from the individual in the hunt for increased productivity for our customers, we find the optimal combination that provides long-term sustainability. For both our customers and for their personnel,” Johan Ahlström says.
