Detectable disposable samplers
Traceable by colour scanner, metal detector or X-rays
The blue detectable disposable plastic samplers are suitable for sampling powders, granulates, pastes and liquids. Scoops, spatulas, spoons, funnels and tweezers in different sizes and designs are available.
The shade of blue that is used does not occur in a natural form in foodstuffs. Should a sampler, or parts of it, accidentally get into production, it can be found during visual inspection or by a colour scanner due to the conspicuous colour. In addition, the plastic of the detectable disposable samplers contains a special additive in the material that makes detection via metal detector or X-rays possible. The detectable disposable samplers meet the highest quality standards and can be used as part of HACCP/IFS/BRC foreign object management.
All products are manufactured from polystyrene under controlled conditions in a class 7 clean room, individually packaged and sterilised using gamma rays. They comply with EU food and FDA guidelines. Impurities or cross-contamination are excluded thanks to sterile manufacturing.
