Cordless battery pump - electric filling without a power connection
With its unique hybrid system, the battery-powered AccuOne drum pump from Bürkle GmbH enables small quantities to be filled quickly, flexibly and conveniently. It offers full flexibility and independence from the mains supply and is ideal for filling and transferring low-viscosity or aqueous acids, alkalis, chemicals, cleaning agents etc. with a viscosity of up to approx. 200 mPas.
The AccuOne electric drum pump is equipped with a lightweight and powerful lithium-ion battery with no memory effect and an auto-stop function to protect against deep discharge. The powerful battery allows filling up to around 1500 liters per charge.
The detachable drive can be quickly and easily separated from the pump unit with a clip fastener. This allows filling from different containers at several stationary pumping stations with one drive - without changing media and without having to clean the dip tubes. A rechargeable battery as an accessory also eliminates charging breaks.
The AccuOne electric drum pump, which can be operated with one hand, can stand freely in the drum or be attached to the container with a drum screw connection as an accessory. The immersion depth of up to 100 cm can be infinitely adjusted. Very good residual emptying of the filling containers is achieved. The AccuOne drum pump is designed for applications where small quantities of liquid need to be filled into small containers with narrow openings.
The touch panel with dirt, water and dust-proof membrane keypad can be used to control the flow rate continuously and precisely from 0.4 l/min to 12 l/min.
The lightweight and powerful AccuOne drum pump is made from high-quality PP, PTFE and Hastelloy C materials and offers excellent chemical resistance. This makes it suitable for filling acids and alkalis, chemicals, cleaning agents, etc.
