Mini solvent pump for the safe dispensing of small quantities
Compact and versatile – for the precise dispensing of solvents from small containers
The Mini Solvent Pump enables the safe and precise dispensing of small quantities of solvents and highly flammable liquids from bottles, canisters and containers up to approx. 10 litres. The compact hand pump operates on the overpressure principle: pressing the pump ball creates overpressure inside the container, which forces the fluid through the delivery hose to the spout. Components in contact with the fluid, made from PTFE and stainless steel, ensure high chemical resistance and are also suitable for demanding fluids such as acetone, isopropanol, ethanol or methanol.
The self-closing outlet with auto-stop function enables precise dosing without dripping. The PTFE hose, which can be cut to length, facilitates thorough emptying of residual contents. Using suitable threaded adaptors, available as accessories, the pump – which comes as standard with a GL 45 connection thread – can be easily adapted to containers with thread sizes S 40, GL 38 or GL 32.
An integrated pressure relief valve enhances operational safety. For use in potentially explosive atmospheres, the pump can be earthed using the supplied earthing cable. This dissipates electrostatic charges, allowing flammable media to be dispensed safely.
