Pivoting flap for visible cut off switch: Protection of display window switch blades
Over the years, in harsh environments, the display window can be completely covered by dust.
The pivoting flap prevents these problems by protecting the window. The operator has only to raise to check the position of the contact blades.
On the photo, Ciments Calcia (Airvault) cement works in France: IM 160A 3 poles switch box in polyester with a pivoting flap. Despite the years, visible cut is accesssible to all operators.
