Conprofe Ultrasonic-Green Drilling and Tapping Center Contributes to Carbon Neutrality

Assisted with ”Ultrasonic and MQL”, UGT-500 Offers Efficient & Clean Cutting Solutions for You!

Environmental protection is a major issue related to the survival and development of human beings, and the development of "green industry" has become a long-term consensus of all countries in the world.

Conprofe always takes the development of "green industry" as its own responsibility, and is committed to promoting energy saving and high efficiency through technological innovation, and gradually blazes out a new green development path with Conprofe characteristics. In particular, based on years of technical precipitation in the field of ultrasonic technology and green technology, it has broken through many difficult-to-machine materials problems, and formed an ultrasonic green machine tool product system with independent intellectual property rights and ultrasonic green technology as the core, mainly covering ultrasonic green five-axis simultaneous machining center, ultrasonic green drilling and tapping center, ultrasonic precision engraving and milling center, ultrasonic green vertical machining center and other products are widely used in consumer electronics, aerospace, high-end medical, automotive and new energy industries.

Conprofe Ultrasonic Green Drilling and Tapping Center UGT-500 is the first ultrasonic green high-efficiency drilling and tapping center in the industry that integrates minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) cooling technology and ultrasonic spindle technology at the same time. It can improve the machining efficiency, prolong the tool life and improve the workpiece surface quality (especially in drilling and tapping). Meanwhile it can realize environmental protection, operator health protection, processing cost reduction and equipment investment reduction.

①Ultrasonic high-frequency vibration can effectively reduce the main cutting force and cutting temperature, increase tool life, reduce micro-cracks on the surface of the workpiece, reduce machining stress, and reduce surface roughness; the contact time between chips and the rake face of the tool is reduced, and the chip edge is suppressed.

②Environmentally friendly vegetable oil is atomized to form micron-sized oil mist particles, which are sprayed into the cutting area; under the action of ultrasonic vibration, the instantaneous separation of the tool and the workpiece further promotes the penetration of oil products to form an oil film, and the excellent cooling and lubricating performance reduces tool wear and improves the surface quality of the workpiece.

③No cutting fluid is required, which is environmentally friendly and reduces the use and disposal costs of cutting fluid.

④The capacity of the tool magazine ranges from 21, 26, 30, 36 to 40 (26+14), and it can be equipped with a four- or five-axis turntable to realize the combination of clamping positions, improve processing efficiency and product yield, and reduce equipment investment.

⑤The machine bed adopts high-strength cast iron stress annealing treatment, and the precision is lasting and stable; the internal space is specially designed to meet the installation and use requirements of the four- or five-axis turntable, and the center of gravity of the machine is adjusted to the most stable height; ultra-long guide rail (Z-axis travel 360mm); special base design, Chip evacuation is greatly improved; optional motorized spindle speed up to 30,000rpm are available.

According to customer feedback: the average processing time is reduced by 20%; the cutting fluid processing cost can be saved by up to 50%; the tool life is doubled; the deburring cost is reduced; the green environmental protection is realized. While obtaining considerable economic benefits, environmental protection benefits are also taken into account.
