Indexed rotary table with three CPS grinding units

External wet grinding of stainless steel pots

The machine consists of a four-station rotary table and three CPS grinding units for surface treatment of stainless steel pots by using cooling liquid.

Each CPS work unit is made up of 2 controlled linear axes and a rotary axis which are interpolated among them: this solution allows to automatize a multi-phase grinding process with a single unit.

Equipped with a containment tank for the cooling liquid, it is also provided with a hopper system to collect it.
