The new modular vacuum gripper MVG Series by COVAL is the opposite of that quote. It can be configured to be perfectly adapted to each application, with the technical assistance of the COVAL team. To get this result, some important developments have been done.

100% configurable

The first choice that is offered to the user is the size. The Vacuum Gripper MVG Series is manufactured under measure, on the size wished. But the customization doesn''t stop there. In order to get a gripper perfectly adapted, the customer can also configure:

• The vacuum generators

• The gripping tools: foam, suction cups (forms, diameters, materials)

• The vacuum level control: vacuum switches or vacuum gauge

Precise vacuum administration with a “multizoning”

The Modular Vacuum Grippers MVG series allow the creation of multiple independent gripping zones, which guarantees the optimization of vacuum administration:

This “multizoning”, as COVAL calls it, is particularly useful for the displaced gripping and drop off, the handling of different format objects or the optimization of the layers for palletizing.
