DB510-DB130 Humidity Sensor

Empowering Efficient Monitoring for Climate Chambers in Precision Electronics Laboratories

A precision electronics testing laboratory specializes in environmental adaptability testing of electronic components such as chips and sensors. Its multi-functional climate chambers need to simulate complex working conditions including high temperatures (80-100℃), high humidity, and mild dust. Previously, the monitoring equipment had two key issues:
• Insufficient Probe Resistance: Traditional plastic probes were prone to clogging and deformation under "high temperature + dust" conditions, requiring disassembly and cleaning 3 times a month. Moreover, the humidity measurement error exceeded ±3% RH, resulting in low data reliability and affecting the judgment of component testing results;
• Decentralized & Inefficient Data Management: Temperature and humidity data of each climate chamber were only stored locally without a centralized management terminal. Abnormal temperature and humidity were difficult to detect in a timely manner, and there were multiple cases of test interruptions and component scrapping due to sudden temperature rises.

Solution: DB130 Probe + DB510 Sensor Combination
DB130 Metal Sintered Probe – Adapted to Complex Testing Environments
The core advantages of DB130 precisely match the needs of climate chambers

Temperature & Dust Resistance
Copper mesh sintered filtration design blocks dust; withstands a wide temperature range of -40~120℃, suitable for high-temperature (80-100℃) and dusty working conditions, no frequent cleaning required.
High-Precision Measurement
At 25℃, humidity accuracy is ±2% RH and temperature accuracy is ±0.2℃; under high-temperature and dusty conditions, deviation is ≤±1.5% RH and ±0.3℃.
Convenience & Low Consumption
Wall-mounted installation; wide-voltage power supply (2.15-5.5V); operating current ≤15mA, suitable for long-term uninterrupted testing

DB510 Monitoring Instrument – Closing the Management Loop
Building an efficient monitoring system:
Real-Time Visualization: 2-line LCD large screen displays temperature and humidity (or temperature + dew point) simultaneously, no need to open the chamber door for checking, avoiding damage to the testing environment;
Data Transmission & Alarm: Supports 4-20mA/RS485 (Modbus RTU) output; data from 12 climate chambers is centrally connected to the central monitoring system. Abnormal conditions (e.g., temperature >105℃) trigger audio-visual alarms + mobile alerts, with response time <8 seconds;
. Stable Adaptability: 9-36VDC power supply; low power consumption (1.2kW); accurately matches the I2C signal of DB130, achieving seamless connection with the existing automation system.

Application Results
Cost Reduction & Efficiency Improvement: DB130 reduces probe maintenance frequency from 3 times a month to 1 time a quarter, saving over 120 working hours annually; temperature and humidity measurement accuracy increases from 86% to 99.8%, and test rework rate decreases by 90%;
Management Upgrade: The central monitoring system realizes centralized management of data from 12 climate chambers; abnormal response time is shortened from 15 minutes to 30 seconds, avoiding 3 incidents of component scrapping;
Compliance Assurance: Accumulatively stores over 80,000 data points; supports batch archiving and one-click export of audit reports, passing third-party compliance certification.
