Test quantity: 2pcs;

Test equipment: touch screen click scribing test machine;

Check items before testing:

a. Functional test: touch screen function;

b. Structural test: touch screen, display screen damage, rupture;

c. Appearance inspection: there is no abnormality on the surface of the touch screen;

testing method:

a. Set the sample to the power-on state and fix it on the test fixture;

b. Stylus click test: 0-15N (or specified), which can simulate the click resistance of the touch screen in actual use;

c. Handwriting stroke test: touch screen stroke test along the custom track;

d. Rolling test on all sides of the mobile phone: 0-100N load is carried out along the rolling test on all sides of the mobile phone (optional);

e. Mobile phone surface abrasion test: alcohol/eraser abrasion test, pencil 45° hardness (scratch) test (optional);

Inspection standards:

a. Function check: There is no abnormality in the use of the touch screen, and no abnormality in the display;

b. Structural inspection: touch screen, display screen is not damaged or broken;

c. Visual inspection: no scratches on the surface of the touch screen;
