Bottom Outlet Valves The proper valve for every application

Bottom outlet valves are used in chemical plant construction for targeted emptying of reaction and storage tanks into connected piping systems. The valves must fulfil a variety of requirements.

The Düker BOV product range contains four basic models that again offer numerous modification possibilities. We can also manufacture customer-specialised solutions, which allows for variants that differ in construction size, connection dimensions, housing material, sealing material, actuator, interfaces for measurement, control and regulation technology as well as outside coating.

Older valves can thus be easily replaced – an option that many customers are already taking advantage of.

The four basic Düker bottom outlet models:

• Glass-lined version

• Glass-lined gapless GMP version

• GMP version from stainless steel or Hastelloy

• Fire-safe version – according to EN-ISO 10497

The following variants are also available:

• Manual drive

• Axial or laterally pneumatic actuator

• Bellows/Without bellows

• Block flange – sealing inside the vessel

• Block flange – sealing in the valve
