Pallet transfer system (ETP)

For installation in chain conveyor lines

One of Dynalserg's strengths is the development of customer-specific solutions that we implement flexibly, with short reaction times and on-time delivery. With the extraordinary diversity of our products, we always find a convincing way to get things moving.

We recently developed a customer-specific pallet transfer station. Instead of roller conveyors, chains have been installed for adaptation to the conveyor line. In addition, we have installed PVC bellows to increase the safety of the equipment. As a novelty, the station has a load capacity of 1800 daN and develops a stroke of 1100 mm, for a cadence of 120 cycles/hour. It is an equipment of great constructive robustness and equipped with a hydraulic group with proportional technology and circulation without pressure of the pump.
