Solids Flow Meter for Bio-mass and Bio-energy Applications

Optimizing your process starts with obtaining accurate measurements of all of the parts of the process. In the Bio-mass and Bio-energy sector, measuring the totalization and flow rate of the solids being used can be a very difficult thing to obtain. The CentriFlow meter from Eastern Instruments can measure any of these solids with a high degree of accuracy, even the bulky, light density materials. The CentriFlow can be installed right after a belt or vibratory conveyor or under the discharge of a screw conveyor, rotary valve, bucket conveyor, slide gate, or just about anywhere product discharges vertically. It's small footprint allows it to be installed just about anywhere, with very little changes to existing equipment. It offers a typical accuracy of +/-0.25% for granular/pelleted materials and +/-0.50%-1.00% for difficult, powdery, or non-free-flowing products.
