Compact, low cost USB/CAN FD interface for IPCs

For applications with limited space conditions EMS Dr. Thomas Wuensche offers the USB/CAN-FD interface CPC-USB/FDembedded. It is mounted directly at a SUB-D9 case opening and wired with the included cable to a pin connector of an internal USB interface of the mainboard. The powerful Cortex M3 processor with onChip CAN-FD and USB controllers provides low latency times. CPC-USB/FDembedded includes galvanic decoupling between CAN-FD and USB and has an extended operational temperature range. The competitive price favours high volume applications. The driver for Windows is identical to those of the long-time available standard CPC-USB/embedded respectively USB/CAN interface CPC-USB/ARM7. SocketCAN support is in progress.
