The primary polyurethane scraper is on the face of the head pulley, just below the discharge trajectory of the material. The scraper has a spring tension adjuster. When the scraper is worn out or the conveyor belt is bouncing the blade follows and compensates automatically to ensure that the scraper surface maintains a consistent blade-to-belt pressure with the conveyor belt and achieves an effective cleaning result.
It is the optimal removal of coarse material and they can be used with a mechanical connector. They are particularly effective for sticky materials and suitable for conveyor systems with different connected thickness. The installation is very easy and the maintenance is low costed, meanwhile, the service life is very long.
