From the textile to the ready-to-use filter, the production process at Lampe requires several steps that affect efficiency. eurolaser provides a comprehensive solution and impresses with its precision and efficiency! The cut edges are sealed with the laser in a single operation, eliminating the need for reworking. The parallel application of sewing marks with the ink marker module significantly reduces the process time.

Despite the high recycled content of at least 95%, CRYLON®re, AKRYLON®re and PERSPEX® XT re offer the same outstanding properties as classically produced, extruded acrylic glass and are therefore ideal for processing with a CO2 laser. The materials from 3A Composites Display Europe were thoroughly tested in our application centre and achieved excellent results.
