Laser cutting for complex automotive components
Köstler GmbH manufactures technical components for the automotive industry – including airbag nets, parcel shelves, armrests and gear gaiters made from a range of materials. With complex geometries and varying requirements, conventional die-cutting reached its limits. By implementing laser technology in combination with the Conveyor System, production processes have become significantly more flexible and efficient. Precise cutting at high speed, combined with a reduced need for die-cutting tools, improves overall cost-effectiveness. In addition, the Label Module and the Ink Printer Module increase the level of automation and support the efficient handling of larger production volumes.
