EverExceed Smoothly accomplish mass production of UPS for Data Center project

1-20KVA PL3 Series High Frequency Online UPS

EverExceed has smoothly completed a large quantity of UPS systems production which were customized for the Data Center Project per customer’s requirements. For that project, EverExceed offered more than 250 sets of high-frequency EverExceed PL3 series rack and tower type UPS systems, EverExceed PowerChampion RM series UPS and more than 11,020 pcs 12V 9Ah lead acid batteries as the backup power which will be installed in the tower UPS. These batches of UPS systems have completed the aging test and pre-delivery test, packed well, and are ready for shipment.

EverExceed PL3 series power supply systems are specially customized based on the customer’s requirement. These UPS systems provide rectification and inversion efficiency of up to 96% and energy-saver mode efficiency of up to 99% by using advanced DSP control technology. They adopt a wide input voltage range design and advanced digital control to provide super reliable and efficient performance in any telecommunication and electrical environment.

Besides, this project also adopts EverExceed PowerChampion RM series UPS systems as the backup power in their internet data center. EverExceed PowerChampion RM series is a double conversion online UPS system with fully DSP-controlled technology. It’s rack-mounted design with a standard 19 ” size which is compatible and convenient to integrate with servers. With its flexible configuration of 3/3 and 3/1 and compact design, it's the ideal choice for the modern data center.

These uninterruptible power supply systems were designed with true online double-conversion technology and DSP technology to make a more steady and reliable performance. And they are customized with full battery protection such as over voltage, under voltage, over current, and battery deep discharge protection for extended battery lifetime and protection from poor power conditions.
