F-Tool Centro Clamp with more grip
The new clamping jaws offer even more flexibility thanks to the "plus more grip" teething. The "plus more grip" clamping jaws have properties that are ideally suitable for the production of blank to finished parts. Non-ferrous metals, plastic, aluminium and steel can be very quickly and tightly clamped in the grip area to only 3 mm in height for five-sided optional machining. The F-Tool "plus more grip" teething is configured to generates a pull-down effect. The "Plus" in the grip teething defines the lateral position of the work piece. The short-runs under the grip teething define the penetration depth and prevent tipping of the work pieces. Another advantage of the new F-Tool "plus more grip" clamping jaws are the smooth clamping surfaces which can be used for clamping of fine and polished work pieces. The design of F-Tool "plus more grip" clamping jaws is also suitable for pre-embossing of the work pieces.
