F-Tool Zero Point Clamping System (ZPS)

form a frictional connection with the base unit. Depending on your requirements, commercial plates or machine tables can be converted into flexible zero point clamping systems. The loosely inserted tightening disks are automatically centered with the tightening of the pallet, and wedged firmly into the base plate. Depending on the model, screws or clamping cylinders are used to clamp the pallet to the base plate. The positioning depends on the production tolerances of the base plate and the pallet. Repeat accuracy is +/- 0.005 mm.

F-Tool can also offer either an F-Tool PowerFlex centering device, with centering pins so that you can adjust the zero point system, or fully assembled, manually or pneumatically operated ZPS base units.

The F-Tool ZPS is especially suited for use on machine tools and for positioning devices.
