A Full Line of Stocked Standard Rollers

Fairlane Products (Fraser, MI) offers a complete lineup of industrial rollers that are often utilized in material handling applications, assembly, and manufacturing operations.

Roller diameters range from 1-1/2 to 4 inches. Materials include black neoprene, white nitrile, and polyurethane with shore hardnesses offered from 20 to 95 durometer. Different mounting options are also available, including bearing mount, threaded stud mount, shaft mount or roller only.

Additionally, Fairlane rollers are offered three main styles: Solid rollers have a smooth surface and solid body. DuraSoft® rollers have a smooth surface with teardrop holes to allow greater roller compression under load. Finned rollers are grooved and provide self-cleaning as dirt, debris and liquid pass under the contact surface.

These molded rubber rollers are standard “off the shelf” part, providing an easy and economical solution that eliminates the need for custom engineered parts. Most standard Fairlane Products rollers are in stock and ready to ship. Custom sizes are also available upon request.

Fairlane Products also stocks bearing covers in many different materials and sizes. These feature a roller bearing and a wheel cover made from nylon, polyacetal, UHMW, PEEK, urethane, steel, or stainless steel. The wheels are available in flat, crown or radial styles to meet your specific application needs. Mounted bearings and stud mount versions are both offered.

In addition to industrial rollers and wheels, Fairlane Products also designs and manufactures a wide range of workholding and positioning components, replaceable grippers and gripper pads, Swivots®, industrial rubber bumpers, work positioning elements, and ball-lock pins.
