For the third time in a row, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG awards FAULHABER with the title of "Preferred Supplier"

The Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg) has honoured FAULHABER GmbH as a "Preferred Supplier" within the "Electric Drives" product group. Awarding a company three times in a row is absolutely new for Heidelberg. "Heidelberger Druckmaschinen is actively pushing forward digitisation of the print media industry under the motto 'Heidelberg goes digital'. Our suppliers are an important factor in this," said Markus Vetter, head of Electronics Purchasing at Heidelberg.

Various performance indicators play a role in the evaluation. These include the zero-error rate in product and process quality, continuous improvement, a cooperative partnership and reliability with regard to logistics. "FAULHABER was able to convince us in all of these aspects," added Helmut Braun, head of Quality Assurance/Electronics Procurement at Heidelberg.

At the award ceremony, Dr. Thomas Bertolini, Technical Director of FAULHABER, thanked HDM for their confidence and stressed: "For us this award is an incentive to continue finding the best solution for Heidelberg."
