MINITUBULAR HEATER CROSS SECTION 3,2x1,8 mm with built in TC J

The range of minitubular heaters includes NOW a new model : MINIFIRECOIL cross section 3,2x1,8 mm with built in thermocouple J ! It is finally available a heater having a thin thickness ( 1,8 mm only ! ), very small thermal inertia and precise thermocouple reading .

MINIFIRECOIL 3,2x1,8 with built in thermocouple is extremely effective when installed onto brass bushings since it is very malleable and assembling is very easy . Additionally it is possible to avoid the installation of a separate thermocouple on the brass bushing or , alternatively , it is possible to consider the built in thermocouple as a spare sensor in case of failure .

This new heating element will be an ideal solution for a number of application in the field of Hot runner systems.
