Discover the new Screw Supply System for manual pick-and-place assembly!

The right screws, in the right quantity, at the right time.

In manual assembly operations, picking screws from trays or containers requires time, attention and repetitive movements.

Although often underestimated, this task can affect:
- the time taken and efficiency of assembly operations
- ergonomics for the operator
- production continuity
- the quality of the assembled product and the reliability of the process

With the new Screw Supply System, screw pick-up is automated, whilst the screw-tightening operation remains manual.
The screws are dispensed directly into the operator’s hand in the correct quantity to allow for manually tightening them.
