New version of the Type 7S.16/36 Relay with forcibly guided contacts.

This new version comes with 5 NO contacts + 1 NC contact and carries the part number 7S.16/36 ... 5510.

Finder’s 7S Series of modular relays with forcibly guided contacts are suitable for safety applications up to SIL 2 and with this new version with its 5 NO contacts + 1 NC contact comes the ability to control and monitor an even greater number of loads than previous.

Particularly suited to applications related to industrial automation with robots, mechanical arms and for elevator applications it is SIL2 evaluated according to EN 61508, for use in functional safety application according to EN 62061 up to SIL2 and according to IEC 13849-1 up to PL d.

Finder's 7S Series of modular relays with forcibly guided contacts are compliant with safety applications according to the Machinery Directive, certified according to EN61508. The series includes relays with 2, 3, 4 or 6 guided contacts for SIL2 / SIL3 safety applications depending on the type, and are designed to allow interfacing between systems with different power supply voltage.

Available with either screw or screwless terminals and suitable for mounting on 35mm rail (EN 60715), they are designed for the functional safety of machines and systems and for use in various applications such as railway applications, machine tools, lifts, safety barriers and expansion modules for PLC or safety modules.
