FPI Microwave Digestion Station Innovation Breakthrough Won Industry Recognition

Recently, the award ceremony for the 2022 "ZhuLiangyi Analytical Instrument Innovation Award" was held at the Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, organized by the Chinese Society of Instrumentation. FPI's innovative development of a fully automated microwave digestion station won the "Innovation Achievement Award." This is another recognition of FPI's innovation ability in the scientific instrument industry.

The award-winning instrument is the microwave digestion station developed by the FPI R&D team by overcoming technical difficulties and combining a number of self-developed innovative technologies, which makes up for the shortcomings of traditional microwave products such as tedious operation, long time, and unsatisfactory results.

At the results evaluation meeting site, the microwave station carried out the graphite ore sample digestion work, "after sample digestion and fixation: the solution is colorless, transparent, no precipitation, the test indexes are within the standard range, the digestion effect is good." The experts on site received it well. The microwave station can easily digest conventional samples and complex and challenging-to-digest samples such as polymer materials, lithium batteries, and ores.

This product has been applied on a large scale in domestic crop institutes, standard quality institutes, chemical institutes, provincial and municipal quality inspection institutes/institutes, and various industrial units involving lithium materials, PEEK materials, food, soil, minerals, drugs, and other fields.
