FPI and China Unicom Launched a Deep Cooperation in Ecology and Environment Protection

On February 22, FPI and Zhejiang Province, China United Network Communications Co., Ltd, the third largest mobile operator in China, officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement to carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of ecology and environment. The cooperation mainly covers the fields of ecological and environmental digital reform, ecological and environmental monitoring and sensing, pollution prevention and control, industrial intelligent manufacturing, smart industrial parks, etc., integrating the products, solutions and marketing systems of both sides, and exploring joint R&D innovation.

Hu introduced the development history of China Unicom and the major achievements made since the hybrid reform, especially the efforts and achievements in the digital reform. He hoped to combine China Unicom's communication resource capability, big data application capability, cloud-network integrated operation and maintenance capability, and rich experience in digital reform, and to strengthen the deep integration of both sides at the product, solution and marketing levels on the basis of the good project-based cooperation in the past, so as to form an overall cooperation at the company level and play their respective advantages to jointly provide high-quality services for ecological environmental protection.
Yao expressed his appreciation for the support given by China Unicom. He said that since its establishment, FPI has been actively promoting scientific instrument R&D, insisting on investing a large amount of R&D expenses for independent innovation every year and continuously expanding the boundaries of its technology platform. The company has built a customer-centric development access with multiple technology platforms, multiple application scenarios and multiple customer groups, which are mutually tractive and supportive to embark on a sustainable development path. China Unicom has a large number of digital application scenarios and strong resources. We hope to work with China Unicom and deeply integrate FPI's professional products and solutions to better serve ecological environmental protection work.
In the witness of both sides, Shi Weiwei, member of Party Committee and deputy general manager of China Unicom Zhejiang Branch, and Tang Muyin, general manager of East China Region of FPI, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both sides. Subsequently, both teams will refine specific cooperation matters around the direction and key areas of cooperation and actively promote fruitful cooperation. Through strategic cooperation, the strong alliance, mutual benefit and win-win, to help the modernization of ecological and environmental governance system and capacity building!
