Background

These projects involved the installation of cutting-edge technology: four sets of CEMS-2000 for the Lygend International (Indonesia) online monitoring project and two sets of CEMS-2000, accompanied by two sets of CEMS-2000B Hg, for mercury emission monitoring in the Indonesian PT.IBR project.

Installation story

Throughout the challenging installation process, Xin Wu triumphed over numerous obstacles. From enduring a lack of internet and hot water to coping with harsh living conditions, he fearlessly tackled it all. Scaling a towering 35-meter chimney daily, without comprehensive safety measures, became routine for him. However, encountering unfavorable installation conditions on-site did raise concerns for Xin Wu. Nevertheless, his determination to complete the equipment installation within the agreed 20-day period remained unwavering.

However, as a seasoned professional engineer, Xin Wu approaches challenges with a positive mindset. He initiates the process by meticulously evaluating the actual construction period and formulating a comprehensive installation and training plan. This approach guarantees the timely completion of the installation of two sets of equipment, empowering the customer's engineers to independently handle future installations.

The project implementation follows a systematic approach, commencing with the construction of the hut, creation of openings, and installation of bridges and wiring. Subsequently, the platform and equipment are seamlessly installed within the designated hut. Within the agreed-upon timeframe, the installation and commissioning of the two sets of equipment, accompanied by document handover and training for the customer's engineers, are successfully executed.
