IEG-PVC-1/2

Reliability and safety in level control for critical industrial environments

The F.lli Giacomello solution for corrosive liquids, already chosen by numerous companies in the chemical sector.

Among the most appreciated solutions of F.lli Giacomello srl for the control of levels in tanks, the IEG-PVC-1/2 model stands out, a level indicator designed to guarantee maximum safety and chemical resistance even in complex industrial environments.

Made entirely of PVC, the IEG-PVC-1/2 is ideal for use in tanks containing corrosive substances. Its structure makes it particularly suitable for use in the chemical sector, while maintaining versatility of use in numerous other industrial areas.

Precise and configurable control
The device allows monitoring from 1 to 4 level points, via SPST contacts, thus offering customized control for every application need. The operating principle is based on the activation of a Reed switch, stimulated by the magnet contained in the float: at the pre-established levels, the contact opens or closes, sending an alarm signal (luminous or acoustic), or interrupting connected electrical devices.

Simple assembly, high performance
The installation of the IEG-PVC-1/2 must be carried out in a vertical position, with particular attention to the positioning of the float: the minimum distance from ferrous surfaces must be 35 mm to ensure correct operation. The device can operate in environments with pressures of up to 5 Bar and temperatures between 0°C and 60°C.

Customization as added value
True to its corporate philosophy, F.lli Giacomello also offers the IEG-PVC-1/2 in completely customized versions, made according to specific customer needs, both in terms of length and number and position of the intervention points.
An integral part of the range of solutions proposed by the company for years, the IEG-PVC-1/2 represents a point of reference in the level control sector, combining robustness, reliability and adaptability.
