This electromagnetic immersion gauge ensures constant monitoring of mineral oils and non-corrosive and non-flammable liquids in tanks and hydraulic power units, intervening at the exact moment the system risks running dry. A single device prevents sudden shutdowns, malfunctions, and extraordinary maintenance costs, protecting pumps, motors, and sensitive components.

Operation: from alarm to active protection
When the float drops and encounters the reed switch positioned at the switching point, the integrated magnet opens or closes the contact with extreme precision. The signal can be sent remotely to activate light or audible alarms, or to stop pumps and motors before the circuit enters critical lubrication conditions, significantly reducing the risk of damage and costly downtime.

Vertical mounting and compliance with the minimum distance of 35 mm from walls and ferrous surfaces ensure free float travel and maximum reading reliability. The ability to convert from NC to NO contact simply by removing the lower stop and inverting the float makes the device extremely versatile for machine builders and system integrators.
