Future oriented Sealing System - Convincing Benefits

The disadvantages of conventional sealing systems which required a manual rolling up of the hose can be eliminated. The new system simplifies this process as the hose is just to be inserted into the end piece and the assembly is practically self-explanatory. Errors such as leaks or insufficient supply air function resulting from improper length of the roll up area are no longer possible. Material fatigue and resulting seal failures, e.g. due to the expansion of the hose in the roll up area, also belong to the past.

Quick change, if necessary within a cycle, is easily possible since only the correct tube length must be defined. The system is very robust since it has no moving parts and no internal sealing elements. The seal expands over the entire length without interruption and ensures an excellent sealing effect. A secure shrinking back to its original size is guaranteed. The use of silicone per se ensures for a low foam adhesion. Also in steep contour areas application of the new end piece is advantageous because it does not protrude beyond the clamping edge. Different variants are being developed for future-oriented use, e.g. with supplied air or a short version without supplied air as well as a T-piece with two short end pieces. The patent-pending system has already been successfully tested in various customer projects.
