NEW: glass handling equipment by GGR Group
A new addition to GGR’s range of glazing robots, the Oscar 600 is a more compact alternative solution for lifting and shifting heavy glass weighing up to 600kg using dual circuit vacuum technology.
With a chassis measuring only 780mm wide and solid rubber wheels, the Oscar 600 can be easily moved through narrow gaps using steering wheel controls for operation in confined working areas. Its six suction pads can be securely fixed to glass, metal and window and door elements.
The Oscar 600’s telescopic lifting arm offers 1445mm of reach (300kg capacity), can be raised and lowered using precision controls and can even lift materials stored on shelves thanks to its articulated joint. This glazing robot also features small stabilizers for added safety when handling heavier loads and an electric side shift function for moving the device exactly into position when assisting with glass installation.
