Tumbler Screening Machine with patented pneumatic deck lifting system
The patented pneumatic deck lifting twin-system allows an easily, quickly and safely change of the screen frames within a few minutes.
This unique deck lifting system can be retrofitted and was developed for the KTS tumbler screening machine series with diameters of 1200 to 2600 mm. The 2 to 4 pneumatic cylinders simply need to be connected to a 6 to 8 bar (87 to 116 PSI) compressed air supply and come standard with a mobile control panel.
To simplify the screen change even further by using the newly developed quick clamp spring package instead of the standard clamping bolts. The main advantage is saving additional set-up and maintenance time (applies to KTS models from 1200 to 2600 mm). The new quick clamp system can be retrofitted anytime without much effort (also for OEM machines).
