The hydraulic press is designed for straightening metal details (radiators)

The press consists of a frame welded steel construction, by a work table by means of a hydraulic device which can move by sliding on two sliding beams equipped with rollers in such a way to escape encumbrance of the machine allowing an easy loading of the pieces. It is equipped with a movable piston who performs the work phase by means of a movable hydraulic cylinder is adjustable by means of an electric motor and has N.2 auxiliary hydraulic piston (N.1 side and N.1rear) with thrust capacity equal to 10 tons.

STRUCTURE:

It is made for sheets of steel Fe 510, welded; appropriately machined on boring machines with numerical control, it has excellent flatness tolerances and the parallelism between the planes.

HYDRAULIC CYLINDER:

It was designed and built with the technique called "double effect".

The shirt is made from a pipe in Fe510, fully machined, polished inside, with the bottom threaded and welded.

The piston is made of extruded solid, machined, plated and ground to close tolerances.

The gaskets are of the double effect type, the driving bands are PTFE to ensure smoothness and durability.

CONTROL:

All units are made via solenoid valves controlled by a PLC.
