You will find HAWE Hydraulik at its usual location in Hall A3, Booth 348, again this year. Among other things, we will be presenting new products from the electrification package, including intelligent battery packs with NMC cells, hydraulic pumps with pump controllers for electrified drives, and smart tools for safely controlling hydraulic valves.

This year, HAWE is putting a special focus on its control blocks under the motto “Customized compact controls”. Are you already familiar with our PSL? But did you know that we have many more control blocks for a wide range of mobile machines in our product range and even offer various types of integrated control blocks that are individually adapted to your application?

One example of this is the MICK control block, which integrates the function of three separate control blocks into a single control block. This means that up to three double-acting actuators can be supplied with a single valve section, which saves space and enables new safety features. MICK is now available in two sizes. Another highlight is the VIPR control block with integrated intelligence. Thanks to AI-supported commissioning, adaptation to new tasks is quick and easy via software, which saves energy without compromising on performance. For cost-optimized solutions, we offer the CWX or the monoblock, which combine machine functions in a particularly compact way. We use screw-in valves, cartridges, plate-mounted valves and integrated slide valves to provide the optimum solution for every mobile application. In addition, our hybrid control blocks combine valves from modular systems with integrated cartridge control blocks, thus utilizing the advantages of both designs.
