Custom hydraulic tanks by HBE
Hydraulic power units have become increasingly complex systems in recent years. As a result, not only the technical requirements but also expectations regarding the quality and aesthetics of all components have risen significantly. This is particularly true for the heart of every hydraulic system: the oil tank.
For this reason, HBE invested in a modern painting and drying facility several years ago. Welded constructions manufactured according to customer specifications, painted and deliv-ered ready for installation, have long been part of HBE’s standard offering. They are used across all areas of general mechanical engineering where large masses must be moved and electric or electro-hydraulic drives reach their limits.
Typical applications include presses for metal or plastic forming, baling presses for waste or scrap, woodworking machinery, lifting devices, crane systems and more. For applica-tions in marine and offshore engineering or for lock and bridge drives, the tanks are coated with high-quality corrosion protection systems. Oil tanks manufactured entirely from stainless steel also enable use in water-hydraulic systems.
