How to use One Machine, One Code?
New equipment: Each unit comes with a dedicated QR code from the factory — one machine, one code. Locate the QR code on the equipment → Scan it → Fill in the fault → Upload photos/videos → Submit. Repair request completed.
Delivered equipment: No need to attach a new code or replace the label. You can access the repair request page via the dedicated electronic repair QR code for delivered equipment from Pingle Grain & Food Engineering. Follow the instructions to fill in fault information and upload materials to quickly complete the repair request. The scanning process is the same as above.
What services can you get from One Machine, One Code?
1. Scan-to-Report Repair: Visualized fault direct transmission reduces communication loss. Users can scan the code to upload fault images, videos, and text descriptions. The system automatically synchronizes equipment information, achieving "what you see is what you get" at the fault site and significantly reducing information transmission deviation.
2. Rapid Response: Equipment information is front-loaded, shortening diagnosis and dispatch cycles. The after-sales team can obtain the equipment model, historical maintenance records, and application scenarios the moment a work order is generated, supporting remote pre-diagnosis and precise dispatching, significantly compressing response and preparation time.
