Another Grand Gathering of the Liquor Industry
Pingle Shines at the 25th China International Wine & Spirits Expo with Intelligent Equipment and Excellent Service
The 2026 25th China International Wine & Spirits Expo was successfully held at the Wuhan International Expo Center from October 16 to 18. Hosted by the China Alcoholic Drinks Association and themed "World Famous Wines · Sharing Glory," this year's expo brought together fine wines from around the world, connected industry with consumers, and built a professional platform for exchange, cooperation, and innovative development in the brewing industry.
At this year's expo, Pingle presented "Intelligent Brewing Equipment + Solutions," showcasing a series of high-end equipment and fully demonstrating its manufacturing strength as a winner of the "China Liquor Industry Supply Chain Five-Star Excellence Award" and one of the "First Batch of Recommended Suppliers by the China Alcoholic Drinks Association." The benchmark liquor industry project cases displayed on site further highlighted Pingle 's successful practice of taking manufacturing quality as its foundation and technological innovation as its driver, extending from an equipment manufacturer to a full-life cycle service provider.
During the exhibition, Song Shuyu, Chairman of the China Alcoholic Drinks Association, visited the Pingle booth and had a friendly exchange with representatives of Pingle 's Brewing Business Division. He learned in detail about the company's business layout and held in-depth discussions on the development trends of digital and intelligent brewing and green production, highly affirming Pingle 's technical strength and manufacturing quality.
Walking into the Pingle booth, the on-site model of the positive-pressure conveying system was particularly eye-catching. Developed in response to the processing needs of the brewing industry and based on years of process practice, this system is a preferred solution for material conveying processes in distilleries. The system innovatively integrates the principles of pneumatic pressure differential, jet flow technology, and fluidization technology to achieve fully enclosed pipeline conveying with no dust flying, no leakage, and no residue. It supports single-point feeding and multi-point discharging, flexibly meeting the multi-span material use needs of brewing workshops. The system has been successfully applied at more than ten well-known liquor enterprises, including Shaanxi Xifeng, Anhui Gujing Gongjiu, and Shandong Lanling, and its reliability and advanced nature have been fully verified in actual production, earning a good reputation among customers.
At the Pingle booth, high-end equipment such as the internationally advanced PLMFY roller mill, the PLQF125 combined qu-block crusher, and the SFZQ electric-cylinder servo qu-making machine appeared alongside the positive-pressure conveying system model, presenting the company's comprehensive solution capabilities in the pre-treatment of raw and auxiliary materials for baijiu brewing, including raw grain processing, rice husk steaming, qu-making systems, qu-block crushing, and material conveying.
Currently, China's liquor industry is at a critical stage of structural optimization and动能 transformation, and intelligent equipment plays a vital role in helping liquor enterprises improve quality and increase efficiency. The PLMFY roller mill integrates advanced systems such as photoelectric material-level sensing, real-time monitoring of feeding and roller disengagement, and dynamic monitoring of roller speed. It adopts a rotary feeding module and an integral roller-set replacement design, featuring a high degree of automation and providing intelligent equipment support for the crushing of brewing raw grain. The PLQF125 combined qu-block crusher innovatively adopts a three-stage coarse, medium, and fine crushing principle, enabling continuous fine crushing of qu blocks of various specifications with uniform particles and a significantly reduced fine powder ratio. The SFZQ electric-cylinder servo qu-making machine has its entire process—qu block pressing, material box rotation, and scraper operation—precisely driven by servo motors and can be adjusted in real time to match different qu-making needs, ensuring uniform qu block specifications and stable quality. The coordinated efforts of multiple intelligent equipment pieces can provide strong support for the intelligent upgrade of the brewing industry.
At the booth, Pingle used diverse forms such as physical prototypes, process models, LED videos, and lightbox posters to comprehensively display its development history, intelligent manufacturing strength, and system solution service capabilities. Visitors interested in Pingle came in an endless stream, stopping to observe the positive-pressure conveying system model up close, inquire in depth about the core technologies of the intelligent equipment, or engage in in-depth exchanges with the team around full-life cycle services based on customer cases, discussing cooperation opportunities and seeking common development.
On October 17, at the 2026 Third Liquor Industry Intelligent Brewing and Supply Chain Conference held concurrently under the theme "Rooted in Integrity, Flourishing through Innovation," Liu Wenbo, Technical Director of Pingle 's Brewing Business Division, delivered a special speech titled "Process Innovation and Technological Transformation of Raw and Auxiliary Materials for Baijiu Brewing."
From a professional perspective and combining rich project experience, Director Liu directly addressed six major pain points in the processing of raw and auxiliary materials, including excessive dust, "arching" and "bridging" of rice husks during silo discharge, reliance on manual labor for steaming and cooking, and uneven thickness of qu blocks, and presented Pingle's solutions: positive-pressure material conveying can achieve no residue and no dust overflow; roller-type multi-stage qu crushing replaces traditional two-stage crushing with 4 to 5 stages, reducing the fine powder ratio and balancing qu powder particle size; the rice husk dedicated silo discharger uses a conical spiral body for forced discharge, first-in-first-out, and stable flow; and the vertical continuous rice husk steaming and cooling machine saves 50% to 60% of steam compared with traditional rice husk steaming machines. A series of solutions attracted widespread attention, received enthusiastic on-site responses, and won high recognition and unanimous praise from numerous liquor enterprise representatives present.
Pingle has been deeply engaged in grain machinery equipment manufacturing for 35 years and has served more than 100 well-known liquor enterprises, including Guizhou Moutai, Sichuan Wuliangye, Shanxi Fenjiu, Anhui Gujing Gongjiu, and Shaanxi Xifeng, providing brewing enterprises with full-chain services integrating project design, equipment supply, automation control, installation and commissioning, and technical training. At this year's expo, Pingle made a brilliant appearance, fully demonstrating the practical achievements of its extension from an equipment manufacturer to a full-life cycle service provider.
The foundation of brewing begins with raw grain; the strength of equipment empowers the aroma of wine. In the future, Pingle will continue to improve its engineering delivery capabilities, deeply cultivate "high-end, intelligent, and green" brewing equipment, and help liquor enterprises achieve intelligent upgrading and high-quality development with fine craftsmanship!
