30t Transfer Cart for Handling Stone – Brazil Project

Earlier this year, our team finished a project with a customer in Brazil. Nancy, one of our sales managers, worked closely with them from the very beginning. The customer needed two 30-ton transfer carts to move stone materials inside their plant and improve their internal logistics.

When they first reached out in May 2025, their biggest concerns were product quality and after-sales support. Since the equipment was going to be shipped overseas, they wanted to know we would be there to help if any issues came up. Nancy explained everything clearly. She showed how our carts have been in production for years and how the technology is well tested. The trackless design has proven to be reliable, with a failure rate of less than 3%. In most cases, if a problem does occur, it can be solved by simply changing a part rather than doing any major repairs.

We also promised fast online support. If the customer runs into trouble, our team can guide their operators step by step until the cart is back up and running. That way, downtime stays short, and production doesn’t get delayed.

The equipment finally arrived last week, and the customer was very satisfied. they introduced us to a new partner, which says a lot about the trust we built during this project.

The two carts they received are designed for heavy stone handling, with a 30-ton load capacity, differential steering, and high-capacity 330Ah batteries. Bright yellow and gray paint makes them easy to spot in the workshop.
