WHY USE A HIDRACAR PULSATION DAMPENER

We have been designing adequate pulsation dampeners for all uses since 1974, improving them in a continuous effort to meet our customer’s requirements. These are some of the reasons to use our products:

■ We make pulsation dampeners to suppress high frequency pulses (up to 50 Hz, tested by our customers), eliminating all kinds of noise.

■ We make effective and thorough cleaning “in-line” pulsation dampeners for the food & beverage and pharmaceutical industries, fitted with a rubber hose rupture indicator.

■ We make dampeners fitted with a manual system for extracting the bladder without any tool for an easy replacement of the bladder in less than 10 minutes, guaranteeing a 100% dampener cleaning.

■ We make bladder dampeners for working pressures up to 2,000 bar (28,570 psi) with bladder fitted with a special insert to protect it in case of potential hammer effect. We can do pressure tests up to 3.000 bar (43.511 psi).

■ We make pulsation dampeners for working pressures higher than 10 bar with all wet parts made in PTFE and PVDF.

■ Pulsation dampeners with stainless steel bellows for high temperatures and variable increasing working pressures, fitted with a heating chamber to keep the viscosity of the process liquid inside or electrical resistances.

■ For variable pressures, we have available pulsation dampeners with automatic pre-charge system. Those dampeners are connected to an air pressurized line and its pre-charge pressure is automatically adjusted as function of working pressures in place.

■ On request, we manufacture our pulsation dampeners using special materials like Duplex, Superduplex, Hastelloy, titanium, etc…

■ All raw materials used to manufacture our dampeners are controlled with a laser PMI analyzer and its traceability is guaranteed in all manufacturing process. We are an ISO 9001:2015 and ASME U certified company.

■ We are experts in rubber vulcanization. We have nine vulcanization presses to manufacture our own rubber bladders and also PTFE membranes. Thanks to that, we can analyze damaged bladders and in some cases find out the damage reasons.

■ On request, we provide our dampeners fitted with a temperature melting fuse to prevent dampener explosion in case of a fire (mainly for use in refineries).

■ For suction lines, we can provide dampeners with adjustable vacuum pressure for those applications with suction pressures below atmospheric.
