KNTECH Delivers Industrial Communication Solution for Kingsalman Load Out Barge

KNTECH successfully supplied a customized industrial communication solution for the Kingsalman Load Out Barge Project, providing reliable internal telephone communication for the marine environment.

For this project, KNTECH supplied two industrial telephone models:

KNZD-05 Vandal-Proof Telephone
KNZD-07A Marine Telephone

The telephones were designed for internal communication aboard the barge and equipped with IP-based communication and PoE power supply, simplifying installation while providing reliable voice communication.

One of the key challenges of the project was the installation environment. Since the KNZD-07A marine telephone was installed inside a cabin exposed to vessel movement and vibration, the handset needed additional protection against accidental displacement.

To meet this requirement, KNTECH customized the telephone by adding a special handset fixing bracket, ensuring that the handset remained securely positioned even when the vessel was moving or swaying.

This customized design improved equipment stability and usability while maintaining reliable communication for personnel onboard.

The project demonstrates KNTECH's ability to adapt industrial communication equipment according to specific installation environments and operational requirements.
