KNTECH Delivers an Integrated Emergency Communication System for a Railway Project in Egypt

KNTECH has successfully supported a railway project in Egypt by supplying an integrated emergency communication and dispatching system designed to enhance operational safety and communication efficiency.

The KNDDT-1-A21 attendant console enables operators at the control center to receive, manage and dispatch calls from different railway locations. Its visual interface helps operators quickly identify incoming calls and coordinate emergency responses.

Working as the core communication platform, the KNTD-50 VoIP server provides centralized call management and connects the operator console with the field telephones. The IP-based architecture also offers flexibility for system expansion and future integration.

The KNZD-41 emergency telephone is designed for demanding railway, metro and tunnel applications. Its robust stainless-steel enclosure provides protection against dust, moisture, vandalism and challenging environmental conditions. The telephone can also provide audible and visual call indications, helping railway personnel notice incoming calls in noisy working areas.

Together, these devices establish a reliable communication link between railway personnel and the central control room. The system supports faster emergency reporting, more efficient call handling and improved coordination during railway operations.
