Machine moving with the new POWER-Skate PSX 12-24
Our Highlight at the Hannover Messe
HTS Hydraulische Transportsysteme GmbH specializes in the development and production of transport and lifting technology. ECO-Jack® hydraulic jacks and ECO-Skate® load moving trolleys are manufactured in Fellbach, Germany. With the POWER-Skate eLoad moving skates, machines and other parts can be moved flexibly and independent with battery operation and radio remote control.
The new POWER-Skate PSX 12-24 now complements the model range between the small POWER-Skate PSI 5-10 with 10 tons total payload and low 110mm installation height and the POWER-Skate PSX 20-40, which has been available for many years with 40 tons payload, 180mm insertion height and optional lift.
On three support points, simultaneous travel and steering at three speeds, as well as safe positioning, are made possible and proportionally executed by one person through the one-joystick function of the remote control. Compactly built with an insertion height of 180mm and powerful, digitally controlled synchronous motors and a battery life of 2.5 hours under full load, the PSX 12-24 is suitable for use in confined spaces due to its compact design. The transport process can be reduced by up to six meters as the towing vehicle is not required. With just one joystick, simple steering and constant straight-ahead travel is possible in all areas. If desired, an integrated lift cylinder extends the application possibilities and provides even more independence during the transport process.
Two PSX 12-24 trolleys are available as DUO version and can be moved synchronously with one radio remote control. An ECO Skate® ROTO 360° trolley is used as a third support point.
